Base bid, bid option nº1 (980 m3 reinforced concrete, 1,500 m2 x .25 m sub-base, 1,500 m2 x .15 m base-course, 4,700 m2 compacted concrete, 2,640 m3 unclassified excavation, storm drainage system with concrete culverts, supply and installation 900 m 10 kv high tension line incl. poles, transformer, sub-station and 750 m secondary electrical line; HVAC systems). CEGAZ has been performing all work and always ahead on schedule.
The project consisted of the design and construction of site installations (fences, gates, site offices, warehouse for materials and tools, machine shop, carpentry shop, welding shop, power house building, aggregates crush plant, concrete plant, storage areas, water supply systems incl. deep well - water tanks and underground storage tanks, sewer systems, electrical supply systems, dressing and sanitary installations for workers, kitchen and cafeteria), compacted concrete access roads and storm drainage system with concrete culverts, design and construction of different buildings (barracks facility, power house, pumping house, kitchen/dining/laundry facility) preliminary works, earthworks, pavement, concrete works: reinforced concrete in footings, beams, columns; masonry, stucco, revetments and plaster, steel structures, wood works, steel works, sanitary installations (water distribution and sewer systems), electrical installations (primary and secondary lines, power distribution system, high tension supply line incl. power station), furnishings for barracks facility and kitchen/dining/laundry facility, equipment installation (supply and installation of other equipments like: heavy compressor and air compressed line, deep well with an hydropneumatic water supply system, electrical grounding systems, lightning systems, telephone systems, special electrical outlets 110 volts and 230 volts, HVAC systems).
