In this project four housing units were constructed with four compartments each one, with a dining-living room, bathrooms and bedroom for each sub-housing. The building has an air conditioning system and an acoustical gypsum flat ceiling. The
floor is of ceramic tile, wood interior doors, metal exterior doors, aluminum and glass windows, complete electrical and sanitary installations. The total roofed area is 800 m2. It includes also sidewalks, electric system of exterior feeding, water
supply, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems.
