option nº7 (supply and installation 1,200 m of 10 kv
high tension line incl. transformers and 13,500 m of
22.9 kv high tension supply line crossing 400 m of
the wide Nanay Amazon river with special fabricated
submarine wiring incl. poles, elevators,
transformers and sub-stations and 900 m secondary
electrical line; 3,150 m3 reinforced concrete, 4,500
m3 unclassified excavation, storm drainage system
with concrete culverts). CEGAZ has been performing
all work and always ahead on schedule.
The project consisted of the design and construction
of different buildings (administration building,
barracks, boat maintenance, power house, 14 family
housing site # 1-IQT), incl. site installation
facilities in different locations (fences, gates,
site offices, warehouse for materials and tools,
machine shop, carpentry shop, welding shop,
powerhouse buildings, concrete plants, storage
areas, water supply systems incl. deep well - water
tanks and underground storage tanks, sewer systems,
electrical supply systems, dressing and sanitary
installations for workers, kitchen and cafeteria),
preliminary works, earthworks, concrete works:
reinforced concrete in footings, under foundations,
beams, columns; masonry, stucco, and plaster, steel
structures, wood works, steel works, sanitary
installations (water
distribution and sewer systems, sand bed filters),
electrical installations (primary and secondary
lines, power distribution system, 10 kv and 13.5 km
long 22.9 kv high tension supply line incl. 400 m
submarine wiring in Amazon river and power
stations), furnishings and equipments installations
(supply and installation of other equipments like:
rollup door, heavy compressor and air compressed
line, deep well water supply system incl.
hydropneumatic water supply systems, electrical
grounding systems, lightning systems, telephone
systems, against-explosion special electrical
outlets 110 volts and 230 volts, HVAC systems).
