Base bid, bid option nº1, bid option nº2, bid option nº3, bid option nº4, bid option nº5, bid option nº6 and bid option nº7 (1,800 m2 flexural concrete in staging & shore side area incl. 3,600 m2 geotextile and 2,500 m2 compacted concrete, 3,280 m3 reinforced concrete, 57,800 m3 unclassified excavation, storm drainage system with concrete culverts; water supply system incl. 60 m length and 12” diameter deep well, 12 m deep and 4 m diameter caisson, 180 m3 underground storage tanks with a 2,300 m water pumping line of 8” diameter and pumping systems with 12 lt/sec capacity; supply and installation 1,500 m of 22.9 kv and 960 m of 10 kv high tension supply line incl. poles, transformers and sub-stations and 1,600 m secondary electrical line; supply and installation of backup power generation; HVAC systems). CEGAZ has been performing all work and always ahead on schedule.
The project consisted of the design and construction of different buildings (mess hall, kitchen, gym, temporary kitchen, bachelor officer quarter’s, u.s. instructors quarters, 12 family housing site # 1-IQT, rifle range, small arms range, shore side access with piling deep foundation, power distribution, 18 guard towers, surge barracks, obstacle course, swimming pool, security wall and gates, officer’s and 3 duplex senior officer’s family housing at Nanay site, bakery, officer’s family housing duplex site # 2-IQT with piling deep foundation, docking area with piling deep
foundation), incl. site installation facilities in different locations (fences, gates, site offices, warehouses for materials and tools, machine shops, carpentry shops, welding shops, powerhouse buildings, concrete plant, storage areas, water supply systems incl. deep well - water tanks in caisson’s construction and underground storage tanks, sewer systems, electrical supply systems, dressing and sanitary installations for workers, kitchen and cafeteria), preliminary works, earthworks, concrete works: piling deep foundation, reinforced concrete in footings, beams, columns; masonry, stucco, and plaster, steel structures, wood works, steel works, sanitary installations (water distribution and sewer systems, sand bed filters), electrical installations (primary and secondary lines, power distribution system, high tension supply line, backup power generation), furnishings and equipments installations (supply and installation of other equipments like: hydropneumatic water supply systems, electrical grounding systems, lightning systems, telephone systems, against-explosion special electrical outlets 110 volts and 230 volts, HVAC systems).
