The Project consisted in the Build of the Building dedicated to the police intervention as center of antidrug operations including all facilities, which were integrated in the following way:

All buildings are reinforced concrete with CMU walls and stucco finish. All floors and bathrooms are ceramic tile finished and the building has cold and hot water. The Project has two Guard Towers located strategically. The jail doors and hardware are specials, fire proof and with high security parameters.
Roofing consists in a pre-finished standing seam metal roof with a thickness 0.6 mm for all facilities.
Electrical installations are specials and the building has: explosion proof and water proof boxes, receptacles outlets and switches.
The water system provides directly of water from the public service to a constant pressure.
Also was built civil works for the good operation of the system; such as: vehicles access ramp; concrete slab for parking; sewage system including manholes, grease trap and septic tank; water system; perimeter security fencing; security wall fencing; rolling main gate; exterior electrical system including transformer bank and generator and drainage system with concrete ditches.
There is a functional distribution of sidewalks for the traffic between the buildings.
