The Project consisted in the Design and Build of a building dedicated to the custom inspection including all facilities which were integrated in the following way:
 - Inspection Building 780 m2
 - K-9 Kennel Building 75 m2
 - Generator Building 12 m2
 - Asphalt Pavement 3,650 m2
 - Exterior Civil Works 2,200 m2
The inspection building consists in a mixed construction of metallic structures with steel elements, such as: trusses, columns, beams, purlins, etc and a lateral building of reinforced concrete and CMU walls plastered.
The building has two floors with rooms such as: kitchen, dining, casino, inspection platform, storage, showers, bathrooms, offices and 15 man enlisted barrack. All floors and bathrooms are ceramic tile finished and the building has cold and hot water.
The K-9 Kennel and Generator Building are reinforced concrete with CMU walls and stucco finish.
Roofing consists in a pre-finished standing seam metal roof with a thickness 0.6 mm for all facilities.
Electrical installations are specials and the building has: explosion proof and water proof boxes, receptacles outlets and switches.
Water system has hydro pneumatic equipment with a pressure of 40 PSI. Also was built civil works for the good operation of the system; such as: Crushed Aggregate Surface Parking for trucks; concrete slab to vehicles inspection; sewage system including manholes, trap grease and septic tank; water system including water tank and hydro pneumatic equipment; perimeter security fencing; exterior electrical system including transformer bank, generator, secondary network and exterior lighting (poles and lighting fixtures) and drainage system with concrete ditches.
There is a functional distribution of sidewalks for the traffic between the buildings.
