Hangar, site work (1,500 m2 flexural concrete, 800 m3 reinforced concrete, 18,000 m2 geotextile, 6,000 m2 x .15 m filter layer, 6,000 m2 x .25 m sub-base, 6,000 m2 x .15 base-course, 6,000 m2 compacted concrete, 3,150 m2 bituminous surface treatment incl. survey works, 10,850 m3 unclassified excavation, storm drainage system with concrete culverts, supply and installation 1,350 m of 22.9 KV high tension supply line incl. poles, pad mounted transformer and 1,600 m secondary electrical line; HVAC systems). Cegaz Inc. has been performing all work and always ahead of schedule.
The project consisted of the design and construction of site installations (fences, gates, site offices, warehouse for materials and for tools, machine shop, carpentry shop, welding shop, powerhouse building, aggregates crush plant, concrete plant, storage areas, water supply systems incl. deep well - water tanks and underground storage tanks, sewer systems, electrical supply systems, dressing and sanitary installations for workers, kitchen and coffee shop), preliminary works, earth works, pavement, concrete works: reinforced concrete in footings, beams, slabs, columns, rigid pavement, masonry, stucco, revetments and plaster, steel structures, wood works, steel works, sanitary installations, electrical installations (high tension
supply line incl. power station) & supply and installation of other equipments (rollup door, 2.00 ton overhead bridge crane, heavy compressor and air compressed line, 6 motorized 4.50 ton sliding hangar doors, hydropneumatic water supply system, electrical grounding system, lighting system, telephone system, against-explosion special electrical outlets 110 volts and 230 volts, HVAC systems); access roads, parking areas, incl. 3/8” bituminous surface treatment, and storm drainage system with concrete culverts.
