This project undertakes the design and construction of an intelligent building of 11 floors, construction developed with the traditional concrete. The strong corrosive effect due to their proximity to the sea of the Pacific has been combated by the use of additives and protection materials, as well for the structures as for the finishing materials and for the diverse service equipment to be settled and installed in the building. The building consists of 31 Departments, of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, 62 parking areas, Pool, Court and Communal Terrace, Gym, Sauna, Gas Centralized System, etc. The kindness that offers this Apartment-Building, it’s structural antiearthquakes design and construction, the particular details of all it’s areas, the architectural distribution and the particular location of the different apartments and it’s communal areas, they are all shown in the following enclosed documentation.
